I know for a fact it's double struck with the date and liberty it's a uncirculated Bicentennial quarter it's worth more than 25vcents just being uncirculated. A Doubled die variety has nothing at all to do with being double struck. It's an image on the Die that has been doubled so when it strikes a blank planchet just once it looks doubled.
