We did a full HVAC system replacement a few years ago where we also added dampeners for zoning into the ducts. We got several quotes from different companies. Lennox in general was on the higher end, but not the most expensive if I remember correctly. The Costco connection was more expensive than another company using Lennox and had worse reviews.
