All North American 2020 CRV's have only 1.5T, automatic and start stop. Start stop is not an issue at all, just remember to turn it off on startup or after the first shutdown when it does turn the engine off. It does not seem to engage in the very hot weather with temperature on auto (recirculate comes on when in auto).

If you had a real oil temp gauge it would read a temp that the oil can withstand. The problem is the turbo and manifold can be so heat soaked that if you shut it down immidiately it will coke the oil in the turbo. Which means it will burn it. And oil burning off inside the turbo is what messes up the bearings.
