I couldn't find any clear answers on the steam comments page for the mod, so I figured I would ask here. There's a hole in the fence near the first watchtower on the east side, i just cut through the woods instead of taking the main road full of zeds, and the armory itself isn't too overcrowded, bring a axe or two or some spears and it should be enough to kill them and gain access, the real shitshow is at the hospital, don't go there !
