Finally, I changed the PCV and the purge valve. Simple to access on the 2016 Hemi. I called the dealership (truck had 35,780 mi. on the odo) and they said bring it in the following day. Long story short is this is a known issue, apparently a lot of the the ram fuel pumps fail at around 20k-30k miles due to the sensor being integrated into the pumps after the 2009 production year.
