The original Harrington and Richardson went belly up in the 1986 and nothing is left. Even the factory building was demolished. This H&R was formed in 1991 to build new versions of old H&R designs. It was sold to Marlin in 2000. Tooling for the old designs is certainly long gone, lost when the original H&R went under.
