The easiest strat is to summon a good player. If that is not an option - try Black Knife Tiche spirit or one of the other powerful spirits. I also suggest to use Bloodhound curved greatsword since it has a lot of innate bleed and can stagger her in many cases. Also a greatshield can help in an emergency situations. 2.
