Oct 26, 2021 · Iwe grinding. I have a 2016 F150 XLT FX4 with the 5.0 and I am experiencing the IWE noise that sounds like someone dropped a fork in the garbage disposal only during acceleration. It happens at various speeds and I am having a hard time diagnosing the real problem. I have replaced the check valve, solenoid and driver's side IWE.
