The Protec II core is even more pick proof than the Mul-T-Lock MT5+ core to where I don't think anyone has ever sucessfully picked it in over a decade since the lock came to market. I'd even consider a Medeco M3 or similar biaxial deadbolt a step up from the Bowley eventhough the Medeco has been shown to be susceptible to a bump key attack.
