Use an RFtools Builder with a clearing quarry card to clear out vast swathes of land and then you can just mine the left over allthemodium. Should just be around the deepslate layer.
Twilight forest has magic maps which mark all areas of interest with icons on them, so you may want to look into those to locate the hollow hills more easily. The ore is actually in the ceilings of hollow hills. Making the allthemodium ore sight potion/charm helps a lot to find them. Find the hollow hills, not just caves. Use ore hammer to double the ingot output. This way, even if you get low allthemodium ore spawn for some reason, you can maximize the ingot output. Also deepslate layer in the allthemodium dimension always works, better with an allthemodium sight potion if you can manage it. 1.
