Lucky Pants, Malfeasance, Apex Predator, applying Jolt, and being Amplified.. Lucky Pants and Malfeasance are designed for single target damage. Upon readying Malfeasance, it will receive a 60% damage buff for every shot hit for a 5.5 second duration and caps out at 600% bonus damage.Also, if Lucky Pants could have any kind of consistency on it's damage buff, that'd be great. So many times in PvE, I whip out Ace just for it to not ramp up damage on the target I'm shooting (I waited for "Out of Luck" to end). I swear sometimes I even got the debuff lockout after it doesn't work, though could be wrong.
