Pretty simple to reproduce. Attempting to set an MLC path or a game path causes the program to hang, but not close. No log is produced by Cemu. Setting the paths via the settings.xml file work just fine.

It was intact on a storage HD I simply plugged into my computer. I started CEMU and it couldn't find the mlc as it was reading the directory from my previous computer. I used a shortcut extention to point it to the correct mlc folder and the game launched fine...but it's starting me from the beginning.
