Of the 3, I would definitely choose this one first every time. I like Epic because it has an amazing, open-feeling pool deck. The pool decks on Getaway and Escape are designed weird that make them crowded. Epic is completely different, and we like that. The pool area makes up for the weird bathroom situation. Mask was on the whole time, except for the embarkation picture. Reassuring that NCL is using similar processes in Miami & Rome. This mirrors our recent embarkation in Miami to board Gem. She has other ammenities such as the boardwalk and aqua park instead of cabins facing the wake. I loved Epic's totally private aft facing balcony cabin.The freestyle deck is located at the top of a flight of stairs and is a rather small area designed for freestyle sunbathing. We checked it out on the initial day while still in port. It was empty.
