Nov 23, 2022. #18. I spent some time at the rifle range with my CVA Optima LR and was pleasantly surprised with its' performance. I ended up shooting 2 White Hots with a Hornady SST 300 gr. bullet and it worked out better than I'd hoped. 1 1/8" groups at 100 yards. The best part was the trigger.

People hype the Bergara branded barrel but they all come out of the same factory in Bergara Spain. The Optima LR is a 28" which is plenty long.

I put a Spin Jag ram rod with the spin jag end on my Knight LK-93 as it came with a hollow ram rod, one of the threaded inserts came out. Did the the same when I got my CVA Accura MR.
