I have actually handled the CZ Teal and Upland Ultralight (not the Drake or Sharptail), both of which had smooth enough actions and felt decent. The Bobwhite G2 however was a bit stiff, and I did not prefer the English stock.I purchased a CZ Hammer Classic a few months ago. I put the full choke on the left and the improved modified on the left. I went squirrel hunting several times and had a great time. I was using Remington 7 1/2 target loads. I had no trouble killing them with the full choke side between 45 and 50+ yards or so.

I wanted an original Bobwhite for its 26" barrels and double trigger but they had stopped making them and I couldn't find one. Settled on the Sharptail. I like it but still prefer the original Bobwhite style. Too bad CZ had to G2 a good thing

I’ve seen 4 new Bobwhite guns at my local club with problems out of the box. A 28 gauge that wouldn’t fire at all, no indent on the primer, 2 20 gauge guns that had lite primer strikes on one or both barrels and the one today was a 20 gauge that fired both barrels when the front trigger was pulled.
