Setup is viable. Loving+necrotic necrolord is good for low cata f6 mage, while juju paired with that gear is bad , so dont use juju. sceptre is good for clearing low health mob, midas staff is for miniboss ( but it blocks arrows so your archer might be mad at you ), so just get both. or just stay archer.

3/4 Goldor and reaper mask is what I see peoplee wearing. From someone who dropped 2 handles as tank, i can say that the best things for f7 tank on a tight budget without clearing setup would be the normal 3/4 and reaper mask with giant reforge.
