WAIT apprx 30 seconds prior to turning Key ON so the Unit can INITIALIZE. Then turn Key on and start vehicle t see if there is any response. NO response, use of GM Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Test, Program and Update. There is a likelyhood the CUE will need Repaired or Replaced, as these Units have tremendous issues.

Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.I did my own with the $179.00 screen. Trim tools are important as is the 7mm 1/4" drive socket and a skinny Phillips screwdriverand small needle nose pliers.
