Update, Turbo will make12psi boost on gauge that you can measure and feel while accelerating but ECU is shutting down boost cycle and setting code. P0299 pending. I have also bypassed my boost pressure relief solenoid to rule that out. I called our chevy dealership and they would do a smoke test $150.
