Cz 1012 vs 712.
The 912 is my go to gun for everything, followed closely by my Maxus. I have shot the 712, and do not really care for the fatter forend. The 912 seems to balance better for me, the 912 had problems with hammers when they first came out, but that has been taken care of. My 912 will shoot any load I put in it, right down to 3/4 ounce target reloads.

It's really too bad because CZ makes great rifles and pistols. Shotguns are relatively "easy" to manufacture, but a quality shotgun is not.
