Dumbphones are not intended to have distracting feature-rich apps like Spotify. I know a lot of people want to switch to a dumbphone and keep this or that app because they can't live without it, but getting rid of smartphones in 2022 requires another mentality altogether. You getting to bogged down by semantics.
If you want an Android-based dumbphone, go for Duoqin F21 Pro but you need to unlock the bootloader and install GApps but it's not that hard as there's a guide on XDA already or a Telegram group.
