Factory reset nook tablet.
I have a Nook HD with Firmware Update 2.2.1 issues. The Nook has been reset to factory settings and boots to startup screen. I can setup the local WiFi but it won't setup a username account. I was able to get to the factory settings screen by holding the up volume button and tapping the lower left screen area.
