This is where "power inline 2-event" becomes relevant. Per 802.1at a PSE should support 2-event hardware negotiation _or_ software based negotiation while the PD should support both. When you enable "power inline 2-event" the switch will use the hardware based negotiation while the default is software based on catalyst switches.

The only solution I found is command: power inline port 2-event - It is not recognized by the switch. We also change the Ethermet cable and nothing. If we connect camera via PoE adapter, it works fine.The TDR result from Gi 2/0/7 is of no use because all 4 pairs are reporting "OPEN" which means there is nothing connected to Gi 2/0/7. Hi Tim and thank you for your input, I don't think I am seeing that particular bug. I have a 3750 PoE switch running 12.2(37) SE1. Upgrading the switches to Denali 16.3.6 did solve my issue. I am not suggesting to go to this version if you have the issue and your version is 3.6.6.
