Mob Psycho is overall better because literally One punch man has only 2 seasons and the second one was a miss. True answer here. I want to vote OPM as #1, and Season 1 vs Season 1 would probably go that way. But Mob Psycho is leaving OPM in the dust now. I enjoy OPM, but I think Mob has a lot more depth.

Mob Psycho 100 has some of the best down to earth writing, on top of a crazy setting with crazy things happening left, right and center. And Studio BONES REALLY went to town with Mob. This show has some of the most breathtaking action scenes I have ever seen in any media, on top of beautiful music, banger OPs, and absolutely great pacing.
Having trouble sticking with the show in the beginning. Just finished black clover and I’m on a high of battle shounen anime. Decided to try mob psycho next, it has more critical acclaim and generally I only hear good things about it. Let me be brief: the artsyle is cool, and the characters seem more interesting than your standard shounen cast.
