Just in case anytime else finds this thread, it's easy to reset the power windows, just roll window all the way down, then up halfway, then pull the button all the way to the auto position up and hold it until about 5 seconds after the window is fully up. I am planning to bring this up with the dealer when I have my first service in a month or so but in the meantime, I use the drivers side control to bring the passenger window all the way down and then bring it up again intermittently, a little bit at a time until fully closed.
