This is a 2015 Outback 3.6r - all 3 other windows work fine just one rear passenger window with no tension in the one failed button if I lift the button up it just falls back down almost like a loose tooth. I understand it's just one fuse. If it still not working then it should be the motor relay switch or your power window motor. I had same problem too, check all wiring and there's power to the windows, send back to the agent & found that the motor relay switch died. Replacement cost was S$240+. The manual says just the driver's window, which will fix the driver's window.
