I've never seen any narrow-body planes do this and I've certainly never seen any airline show seats on their seat map for non-existent seats, even on aircraft that do taper toward the aft end of the passenger cabin. It would be incredibly rare for the passenger cabin of a 3+3 config aircraft to taper to 1+1 in the passenger cabin.
