When building a 4l60e you can't get enough @sonnax & @transgoshiftkit products to make t...estimated 315-330 with stock internals. once i get better internals ill put the boost up where i can get around 370-390 (but this isnt for a loonngg time) ok i got my appointment to get my dyno done for monday evening. ill post the dyno sheet by monday night or tuesday morning.A stock 4L65E transmission can handle approximately 400 HP. It started to burn oil since few months ago, but I think it's normal when people abuse a this point. Turbo D16y7/8.

Dec 28, 2014 · Absolutely stock, about 400-450 HP. With proper hydraulic modifications during rebuild, about 750-800. Above that it needs a billet input shaft and forward hub. Here we go. As far as the first questions as to how much boost can you safely push. Well there have been guys pushing 30+ psi on stock everything and ran for quite some time. There have also been guys that pop a head gasket at 20 psi even with a decent tune.

But some were rated higher depending on it's application. 1989 was not a high horsepower maybe 230 or torque motor if I recall correctly.
