Spoke to xp-pen, a different driver, fresh installation, manual security settings and un-mirroring my screen fixed the issue. Still trying to fix it as it definitely seems to be a clip studio on the mac thing. It doesn't happen in windows os and as I said before only in clip studio paint on the mac.
