After doing AAMC material UWORLD definitely has more of a content focus but it is still a useful tool as they do have some great experimental passage analysis questions. The real MCAT feels harder, but the curve is better so the score ends up fine. I wouldn't say it's a difference of yield, that can vary across tests, and even difficulty of the real day varies, but the curve evens it out in the end. For me personally, the real thing felt like just another AAMC FL. Scored like it, too. mine did feel harder.

The EK practice exams and UWorld both seemed a lot harder than the actual MCAT. The SB and the AAMC full lengths were about the same level of difficulty. By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.
