Jeep jk running hot.

Put new Mopar thermostat in, and the JK still runs at 220 on average. Took JK to my other mechanic. He did some research and found that drilling a 1/8" hole in thermostat will allow Jeep to run cooler. Decided to drill hole. The Jeep is still running hot. About 220. Took the JK back to the dealer.The reason they did this is they wanted the oil to be hotter and the exhaust gas temps to be lower. By having lower exhaust gas temps they were able to run 20% exhaust gas in the cylinder on the compression stroke rather than the normal 10%. I read the forum and replaced everything that I could find that would be causing the issue. Fan, radiator (went moshimoto), radiator tubes, thermostat (replaced with ripp), water pump, coolant, air filter, sc oil, engine oil.
