I created a new save, exited Kenshi, and then imported my save. House works again. I'll replicate next time it happens. Either way, this is an onerous thing to have to do if it's your main base, which is sad because Black Scratch is easily one of the best cities in Kenshi, in spite of it's small size (or maybe because of it).

Im actually completely fine with the swamp and my FPS, but the Fog Islands are absolutely tanking my FPS.
