Got my Litter robot yesterday and have a similar issue. Brand new out of the box it flashes just like yours, but mine is solid blue then solid white. I have a ticket open, but it is going nowhere. Bizarrely enough even when it is flashing like it is, I can push the wifi connect button and add the robot in the whisker app on my phone.
