A day earlier, the resort was forced to close several ski lifts after a 91-mph (147-kph) wind gust was recorded.Early this morning (at approximately 3:30 am), a source line into the Mammoth-Bishop area experienced an unplanned outage, not a proactive public safety power shutoff (PSPS) event. This outage effects approximately 15,000 customers in the area. SCE crews are working to restore power to the source line.
