Just flashed the MHD stage 1 FMIC 93 tune with exhaust burble set to "Hard" and 2 seconds... I can't stop smiling. It's a obnoxious as hell but I love it. Driving through a tunnel and making it pop makes me giggle like a little school girl.
The MPPK is mild compared to what is available in the aftermarket. A burble is simply a small explosion, like in the engine cylinders, but timed in a way that sees the detonation in the exhaust tract. If timed too late the cats can be hurt. This is why you wouldn't want an aggressive burble tunr with cats. But generally you will be fine.

I found the best scenario for the pops/burbles is to have lower RPM set for activation (I think mine is like 2200RPM). From 40-50mph in 5th or 6th gear let off throttle and let the car slow down. On the downshifts, the engine will exceed the set 2200RPM, and pop and crackle AFTER letting off the throttle and rev match downshift.
