Upon arrival at the dealership to pick it up the sales agent advised me, the truck is included in the high pressure fuel pump recall and can't be sold until corporate determines what they need to do to correct a stalling probably with the Ecos.

Apr 17, 2021 · Buy a quick release oil drain valve. It is quick, easy, and clean to drain the oil. No need to jack the truck up as there is plenty of room to slide yourself under the truck. Easiest oil change vehicle I have ever owned. Just make sure to keep all receipts and take photos of the receipts and the dash as well for warranty purposes. My understanding is that owning of an ecodiesel could get very expensive and frustrating. I would strongly consider solid extended warranty. That said, there is number of people that have been extremely happy with with the trucks. But, certainly more miss than hit with eco's vs hemi's and pentastars. 2016. Engine. 3.0 ecodiesel. Before i got sick back in February 2020. My Ecodiesel was doing right at 20,000 miles a year. Not a sign of trouble. The oil has been changed at 7,000 miles each time. When i bought the eco diesel, they were still using the 5W-20. As soon as they went to the heavier oil, i changed over.
