Not sure if that bike has a carburetor or not but there could be some crap in the carb bowl. I would drain and remove the tank and clean it thorough. Clean out the fuel filter. Make sure fuel line is clear. Take of the carb bowl, at least. I might even disassemble and clean the entire carb while I’m at it. 1.

Keep in mind the 1300 is also a air-cooled bike too. So the radiator fan really was designed more for that stop and go heavy traffic in hot weather. I have never seen mine come on in the wild, just verified it during diagnostic checks. The Ivan's ECU flash also sets the temp the fan comes on at at a lower temp.Aug 15, 2020 ... A few here have fixed the radio buttons not responding by taking the fairing apart and then using some di-electric grease in the adio connectors in there.
