There is no way to be sure of where beyond a local site where you may hear something. You can hear stuff on a site for a high percentage of the time but if there is no one affiliated to that TG at the site you are monitoring, if is likely it will not be heard.

CLMRN CC's frequencies have remained fairly stable since the system has gone up and haven't switched really for the most part. So setting the one site CC per site is probably fine. For other systems, Say Waterbury's P25.. they switch their CC once or twice a year sometimes, and not even to one of their ACC's, so I just leave all channels in the ...
