If I were to buy a new .22lr today, I would without hesitation get another 457. Tikkas feel plasticy and cheap to me and the Bergara mag is stupid, seriously doubt they are any more accurate than the CZ.Looking to get an accurate .22lr, threaded, and with a good trigger. My friend's B14R matches all of the reviews, whereas my CZ, I feel is on the more accurate side of the CZ house, but I lost the trigger lottery. Thanks for the info, yes the Area 419 parts are awesome. Tough decision. Interesting that the Bergara website doesn't seem to use the word match anywhere when talking about the B14r. And it appears to be a full custom job to upgrade the barrel someday. Lot's of options for the CZ though, and the MTR and LRP are match grade out of the box.

I already have an optic but I cannot decide whether to get the CZ Varmint Precision Trainer with a steel barrel or the Bergara B14R with an 18" carbon fiber barrel. I know that CZ's shoot lights out and everything I have looked up on the Bergara says they shoot. The Pro's of the Bergara B14r is they accept everything Rem700 for aftermarket parts.
