Yeah, its been patched I'm afraid. If its things like resources you're trying to duplicate, there is quite an easy way to do it. It will only give the raw resources from the initial product though, instead of duplicating the item itself. Not legitimately but you could probably dupe glitch the serum with dog meat idk haven't tried it myself. Theres extra serum on the table where you face lonrenzo. Edit: so after a bit of google searching I found this dupe method it works much better then dogmeat. The only problem is the serum is so small it's tricky to get the grab timing right.
