In the Steam Version there is an option to enable a 120 fps cap so it clearly is not locked to 60. Otherwise maybe look if you changed something in your driver settings to force vsync for example. It always ran at 60fps. It literally has to run at 60fps for the base mechanics to work (any more or less than exactly 60 and the game literally breaks) What happened before is some of the cutscenes in between rounds ran at 30fps and it was a little weird. Applying the tweaks presented in this post on my i5 4690k, I managed to change most emulated PS3 games from unplayable (at default RPCS3 settings), to playable at full speed (30 fps or 60 fps) without fps drops or stuttering, even getting Demons Souls, Nier and Silent Hill Downpour all running at smooth 60 fps using the RPCS3 60fps patches.Really looks incredible !
