How to check codes on polaris ranger 900.

does anyone know how to access trouble codes on the 2011 rzr's. I know 2010 and earlier, I can just turn the key on and off a few times, and it does a trouble code search and shows the codes. They're claiming they've never had one show this code before. Currently they're talking with Polaris to solve the problem. I'll keep you posted.

Well add me to the list of 84-2. Just bought a 2021 rzr high lifter and rode it around my yard trying to break it in, 1.5hrs on the unit and that code set twice. I'm able to clear it by driving in low for 30 seconds above 4000rpm, but I should not be seeing any codes this soon. Hopefully this machines not junk.

Hit the little button on the gauge and it will change between odometer, trip tick, hour meter, rpm, temp, voltage, etc. I usually have mine on rpm, but I use the temp to monitor after a coolant drain and refill to make sure all the air is out and the fan cycles properly. I shut the machine off, started it back up, and all seemed good. Took off again, going around an oval track in the woods. Check engine light, no power. Checked the code and googled it in the woods. Misfire detection.Resetting the check engine light on a Polaris Ranger depends on the model year.
