HPTuners support says they have nothing to do with grapecity. Really wish the stuff worked like it used to, we still have buttons mislabled, still havent heard back about a issue 4 months ago where HPT would corrupt a file every time you saved it that I magically fixed myself (but Id still like to know what was going on)

I have a full LS1 license from very early HP Tuners days (serial dongle) . I do know of workshops that are still using the MPVI dongle and current software that do not have any problems.Having the firmware doesn't mean much, the issue is the ECU uses very very high level of encryption so you can't write it. There's zero chance the encryption itself will get cracked. The only possible workaround is physical modification to the ECU to replace component.
