Also, I don't know what your career aspirations are, but if you just want to be board certified, look into AOBIM as well. Hospitalist schedules are 7 days on 7 days off (in the US) and pay very well because hospitalists reduce hospital costs, and the hospitals are the cash cows.

The ones probably the least updated would be OBGYN, pediatrics, & surgery, mostly because they were the only EORs significantly different from the others (i.e., IM, ER, family medicine had very similar topic lists). But even those i remember sometimes updating as i made the others.
