Hacker or any dodge build is fine as long you don't absolutely rely on dodge and let jesus take the wheel. Rocky is a smaller individual who I know well from doing challenging solos and doing great in public games.The essentials of it is: activate throwable, kill enemies. You heal 40% health on activation and you can heal more by killing enemies. When downed, activate the throwable to go into a "swan song-esque" state which lasts until the throwable ends. You can revive a teammate or use a doctor bag while in this state to essentially revive yourself.Leech is a strong perk deck, capable of carrying any setup. I've even seen people with no skill points used at all and still doing well because of how good Leech is. That strength is what makes it a fun deck, allows for a lot of experimentation and for a multitude of playstyles. Take this build, toy with it, make it your own.

yes. The only time it’s worse is when you forget how to kill enemies; if you actually use your gun it’s the best deck by a lot. It's way better than anarchist but stoic is better than leech.
