Legend dares of eternity gives has only greens and blues + 6 people to give it out, just as effective as raids if you get all 5 comms. What i did was join legend runs and be like "ayo can i get blues please :D" and they'd be all like "ye sure" and I'd get 5 greens/blues.

There is a normal and legend version. Walk into the lift backwards and you will make the jump 100% of times. Your heavy will regenerate if you make it up too, so it is very useful and easy to do.
