It rolls down fine, but when truing to roll it up, it will roll up an inch and then stop. I then have to let off the window button and push it again, in which it only rolls up 1 inch.

Make sure car is running and in Park. Using the FRONT PASSENGER DOOR window switch, roll the passenger window down completely, hold it for 5 seconds, then roll it all the way back up, hold again for 5 seconds then release. There is a fuse box under the hood on the driver's side (with spare fuses in the lid) and another in the driver's side under dash. Both covers have legends on them describing the fuses.
