I had this happened on my 2008 Toyota Tundra with the 5.7L engine In the summer of 2021 with 220k miles. The shop replaced a wheel speed sensor and the fuel cap gasket. I used it this last Saturday with 4Hi for a few hours and everything was fine. It was working fine. When I turned the switch to 4 low while in neutral, the light on the dash just blinked rapidly. It wouldn't switch to 4 low.
