So, I have yet to fire the gun, but when you rack the slide and put one in the chamber, it works fine. Rack it again, and the round goes to eject, but gets jammed at an angle and takes a good bit of work to get the round out. Either that, or the round gets stuck completely sideways in the gun. The fix was to take an Xacto knife and scrape the top part of this outline. It probably required a MM or less of material removal. You caould also probably slightly file the thumb lever itself, but it would need to be removed.
