Delinquent Debt and SF85P. Question. Good morning all. I had a quick question concerning bad debt and the SF85P. I recently accepted a position that requires me to fill out an SF85P, along with a credit check/release. In 2017 my wife lost her job and was out of work for almost 10 months. Needless to say we had 5 credit cards go in to collections.The interview was initially scheduled about 6 months after the SF-85P was completed. That was then rescheduled for logistical reasons and happened about 8 months after the SF-85P. My concerns are tax debt, which is on an approved IRS installment plan and a single credit card delinquency that is also on an installment plan with the issuer.The GS position that I applied for only states that no Security Clearance is needed, but did not specify if it's medium (t2) or high risk (t4).
