I have been at 1.5 cm since 28 weeks and am now 33 weeks. I've gone from 50 % to 75% effaced over the last couple of weeks. You can basically hang out for months. I'm still having the cramping and Braxton-Hicks contractions, but I'm trying to wait until next Wednesday morning when my appointment is.
